Jennifer Schaaf has been with IDC for 5 years. As a state liaison and TA specialist she works to help states improve their data collection, analysis and reporting with a particular focus on representativeness and the SSIP. Prior to joining IDC she was at the University of North Carolina conducting cognitive research with special populations and evaluations of statewide pre-kindergarten programs.
