About
As a national PBIS center partner, the work of equity and disproportionality in discipline is a passion and calling to seek more positive outcomes for learners. Specifically, intersecting disability status and social identities are important components of developing proactive and positive strategies to create an educational experience for thriving and success. My current role as a center partner and technical assistance coordinator is focused on improving learning environments for students across the country using the PBIS framework as a mechanism for systems change and future sustainability. My prior work for the Pennsylvania Department of Education around equity, inclusion and belonging and consulting for the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN) focused on significant disproportionality and ways to mitigate these outcomes statewide.
